The WW BPS NPI Marketing Manager is a critical player in leading the development of world-class marketing assets to support the launch of new commercial PCs. This role will be ideal for someone who wants to shape the future of commercial product marketing. The ideal person for this role is both a creative and a project manager, elevating the quality and impact of marketing asset development. This role requires strategic thinking, problem solving, and a keen eye for the highest standards of creative development. The WW BPS NPI Marketing Manager, will be a skilled project manager, ensuring the on-time, and on-budget delivery of assets through many cycles throughout the year. This role requires precision in communication with internal and external stakeholders including with key agencies.
The WW BPS NPI Marketing Manager will need to bring a deep passion for creating compelling marketing, with a heavy focus on product marketing. The right candidate for this position will be an artful storyteller and be able a distiller of complex ideas into highly concentrated concepts. The right person for this role will be an influencer, selling ideas and concepts both horizontally and vertically in the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate creative through all levels of the organization, including to the C-Suite. The right person for this role will continue to challenge the status quo to ensure each subsequent marketing asset that is created, is better than the last. A candidate with experience with global brand marketing is also a plus.
WW BPS NPI Marketing Manager will work amongst skilled and accomplished global marketers who develop all the assets needed to launch new products across all global markets. Responsibilities:Manage communication among WW and all market marketing leads Effectively lead all needed work streams to deliver NPI assets on time and on budget Partner with the GBU and the CO for priority alignment Represent the WW BPS NPI Marketing team on Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the industry affect the strategy/direction of the product line/line of services or solutions Manage agency relationships to develop the best, and most cost-effective assets Advise on global new product marketing strategy Lead projects that involve cross- functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/ solutions.
Education and Experience Required:College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical.
Knowledge and Skills:10 years in product marketing fundamentals. Strong leadership capabilities. Minimum 1-year work experience in a general marketing function beyond Product Marketing.
