Team Lead – HP 3D Printing Global Account Based Marketing and Demand Operations – Spring, TX 77389

HP 3D Marketing is seeking a passionate, highly skilled, and experienced marketing expert to help operationalize the HP 3D Global campaigns to drive growth. The Team Lead, Global Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Operations is responsible for supporting all nurturing, ABM execution, lead management and sales enablement activities for our campaigns.

In this highly strategic position, you must have a solid understanding of campaign marketing development. Additionally, you will need to have a deep understanding of Marketing automation, AdTech and ABM technologies to ensure seamless implementation of the activities supporting our digital campaigns.


Based on the goals defined by campaign managers, lead the implementation of ABM and Demand Generation campaigns. Provide the necessary scope and implementation guidance to the relevant implementation teams Provide domain and architecture knowledge on best practices in CRM with a focus on Sales/Marketing business processes Work with the following groups of stakeholders: 1) Campaign Managers, 2) Technology stack owners (Marketing automation, Ad Tech platform, HP Corporate CRM, Databases, Data providers) 3) Implementation team(s) 4) Business – sales and sales ops. Coordinate with technology stack stakeholders including the HP center of excellence (COE) teams around Insights, MarTech, AdTech, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Media and Social Center of Excellence teams as well as external vendors and 3rd party data providers. Understand the digital buyer’s journey for ABM accounts and develop the Nurture and ABM implementation strategy for each campaign Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices in the Enterprise by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors. Help deliver insightful reporting and analytics that shows how marketing programs impact revenue; define and track key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, help with dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed. Provide reporting against campaign metrics and to support agile campaign optimization. Provide managerial oversight to a team of full-time employees and contract workers.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. 8 - 12+ years B2B marketing experience in the demand generation.

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced understanding of Enterprise customer segments. Master-level knowledge of B2B modern marketing principles, practices, optimal mix of tactics, vehicles and tools for targeting named accounts. Successful history of developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs and campaigns (including digital and direct marketing, events, email marketing etc.). Strong experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, tactics, and technologies Strong expertise in Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo etc. and nurturing strategies. Strong experience in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc. Prior experience working in or with sales organizations; demonstrated ability to align sales and marketing on common goals, objectives and actions. Experience in leveraging customer analytics and insights data to guide marketing plans and to properly target prospects. Preferred experience in content delivery tool, such as PathFactory, Uberflip, or sales enablement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft Team oriented, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills; demonstrated ability to work well with individuals across multiple organizations and to lead virtual, cross-functional teams. Must have the proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present across multiple levels and audiences of the company. Up to 20-25% travel This role will provide managerial oversight to a team of Full-time employees (FTE) and Contract workers (CWs), with potential to evolve into a manager role with reporting relationships.
