Position Title: Solar Canvasser

Department: Residential Sales (Outside)

Reports to: Solar Sales Manager

Primary Objective:

Canvassers are a primary lead generation and renewable energy advocate to drive Native’s monthly sales volume, work to acquire new customers, and maximize the customer purchasing experience.

Compensation Ranges: 35 - 100K+ (based on ability to convert sales)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Solar canvassing as an entry level position to salesTraining and supplies will be providedBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network through door to door canvassingAttend sales and product knowledge meetings


Valid driver's licenseReliable transportation with proof of insuranceAbility to use a smartphone and tabletPersonally driven and self motivatedMotivation to be successfulAmazing customer service skillsBe able to create and maintain customer relationshipsStrong follow up is requiredPrior sales, retail, or hospitality experience a plus!Maintain professional business attire and appearanceSelf-starter mindset and ability to be a great team player
