Sales & Marketing Lead – Spring, TX 77389

Working directly with the General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for performing day-to-day facility operational tasks in adherence with all company policies and procedures. The focus will be on lead management and membership sales.

Job Responsibilities

Experience with dealing directly with customers and providing a positive customer experience.Effective time management skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders of the company. (owners, associates, customers, community leaders, D1 Leadership Team)Able to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the facilityStrong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skillsMaintain contact lists of vendors and employeesAnswer, screen and transfer inbound phone callsPerform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning and mailingPrepare agendas for meetings and schedules for staffMaintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipmentAssist in training new front desk hires on company policies and processesPrepare and complete inventories and reportingAbility to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and managementWorking knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functionsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications as well as our point of sales system MindBody

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED1+ year of related experience

Preferred

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing1+ years of related experience

Pay: $26,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
