Description - Mobility Product Manager
This role will provide lifecycle management support for Retail Mobility Products and Solutions
PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENTManage the Retail Solutions Mobility portfolio from product introduction through end of support life Support markets to achieve Revenue, GM, Share metrics Collaborate across business units to launch products on time and within budget Monitor and track sales trends, customer feedback and provide closed-loop post-analysis of products to inform new product planning
PRODUCT EVANGELISM:Develop communication tools, conduct product trainings, webinars, workshops to enable Country Category and Sales team to effectively tell the product story to customers Attend industry wide events and conferences to promote the portfolio and gain customer insight Regularly meet with customers or partners during the sales process, providing guidance and clarity Influence appropriate third parties to enhance solutions capabilities
COST MANAGEMENTTrack and Monitor end to end product costs basis internal and external (market and competitive) landscape to ensure HP remains competitive in the market
Education and Experience:College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or Go-To-Markets functions MBA preferred Experience with any of the following industry verticals is a plus: Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Healthcare
Knowledge and Skills:Ability to work in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring projects move ahead with specific timelines taking all stakeholders along Demonstrated knowledge of product management either through education or work experience Comfortable presenting in front of customers and internal leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills and expertise in communicating across functions. Strong team-player, self-starter, motivated, proactive, curious
