Finally, you will create strategies to increase net revenue and customer profitability working closely with product management, customer success and the demand gen and corporate marketing teams.

Your role will be equal parts strategy and execution with go-to-market motions and empowering our sales team to optimize client acquisition being critical focuses of the latter. You’ll lead a growing team of talented Product Marketing Managers and will be responsible for the requisite coaching and management, and ultimately, the team’s performance and quality of work.

What Success Looks Like
Your primary success metrics are the individual revenue goals associated with the products you lead. Everything you do will be designed to deliver those results, both in the near- and long-term. Supporting this is a system of OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) that we use to run our business. You’ll have clarity around the most important things upon which to focus, the results you expect to achieve, and where you stand in real-time.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

The experience we seek in a candidate is a strong track record of leading strategic product marketing practices, preferably in a SaaS environment. You’d impress us all if you brought a product marketing certification from either a proprietary practice (Pragmatic Marketing, etc.) or from an accredited university (executive education program, etc.)
This role is a key contributor at the leadership level, so you’ll participate regularly in leadership meetings and collaborative sessions.
