Creative Office Assistant Needed for a Media and Marketing company in The Woodlands, real estate specialty. We are looking for a high energy individual to assist in the following:
Creation of flyers, brochures, online content graphics, and general marketing materials for client base and company use.Content creation for social media platforms such as: IG, TT, FBProfile upkeep for Linked In, Yelp, Google, Website, and business platforms.Monitor Emails, Mild Customer Service, General Office assistanceThe selected candidate will work closely with the team in creating graphics, reels, clips, and posts for daily social media performance, as well as monitor interactions and build social following. This involves, working in the office as well as capturing field content and meeting quotas. Expertise in the following areas are required:
The entire online Google SuiteTikTokInstagramFacebookYoutubeCanvaAdobe SuiteGraphics & Video CreationPosition is part-time, variable days of the week, 1/2 day on Saturdays are required. 25 Hours Per Week Total. Must submit a resume, and online links to review content. Interviews will be held in Conroe at our current location, we are hiring the first week of August for our new location in The Woodlands.
