Marketing Manager – Spring, TX

Michelle Marek team is looking for a creative marketing individual with an “outside the box” mindset, fast-thinking who loves to problem solve and is excited about implementing and managing multiple systems while also conquering a wide variety of daily tasks.

The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated to work alongside a strong leader and has a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work. This position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

This role allows you to be CREATIVE! Also to implement fun and exciting ideas to help grow the business!

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 DOE

Responsibilities: Organize and grow the client database through personal referrals, networking, and some appointment setting calls Create and implement systems to increase efficiency in overall business functionality SOCIAL MEDIA & DESIGN* Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads (Email, newsletters, social media, etc.) Assist in planning and coordinating client appreciation events and open house functions. Some “runner” duties - put out or pick-up signs/lockboxes, errands, etc. Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, scanning and mailing Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues Any other projects or tasks assigned by management

Qualifications: Tech-savvy is a requirement Marketing experience is a must - social media, print, email, web-based, etc. Real Estate Administration or Transaction Coordination experience is highly preferred Strong sense of urgency with ability to stay calm under pressure Learning-based goal-oriented, and willingness to be held accountable Proven ability to succeed and excel in a high volume environment
