Marketing Manager – Spring, TX

Industrial Networks, Ltd. provides RFID, AEI and barcode data acquisition systems for manufacturing and shipping operations. Our systems allow our clients to efficiently deploy portable and stationary scanners that monitor inbound and outbound railcars, trucks, and barges. The interaction of the scanners into the shipping receiving process allows our clients to extend control over field operations, reduce errors and improve overall productivity.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venuesResponsible for creating articles, flyers, videos, content stories, related to projects and strategiesDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionLead and execute day to day marketing operation activitiesProduce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target groupCreate and manage marketing budgetLead integration of different marketing tools and other databasesMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsAnalyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvementAct as Project Manager for planning, tracking, and delivering cross functional marketing initiativesApproximately 25% travel

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field5+ years in marketing and promotionExcellent communication and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with online content marketing and social media development strategiesSomeone that can think creative, design creativeDemonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learnProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateSolid knowledge of website analytics toolsAnalytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challengesFamiliarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
