Our marketing team is growing! BubbleUp is looking for a full-time experienced Sr. Director of Marketing who’s passionate about advancing their career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

As a Sr. Director of Marketing at BubbleUp, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy on marketing and advertising projects for a diverse set of customers. You’ll lead and liaison with marketing specialists, creative specialists, and content specialists as well as our customers' internal teams to create strategic marketing campaigns that allow our customers to achieve their business objectives in an increasingly unpredictable and dynamic digital environment.

A Typical Week in the Life of a Sr. Director of Marketing: Lead (and conduct) research initiatives to create strategic marketing plans Analyze metrics to uncover patterns of behavior and identify new opportunities Translate data into a story for our customers and articulate the results to them on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis Connect user behavior with a viable marketing strategy that delivers on our customer's organizational purpose Lead and facilitate strategy workshops, reports, and executive summaries for our customers Liaise with the marketing team to brainstorm new marketing campaigns Lead and manage campaign execution, management, and ongoing optimizations Lead monthly and quarterly strategic planning sessions for a diverse range of customers
