Marketing - Develop and execute plans and strategies to raise corporate awareness to drive sales. Work with Senior Management to strategize and implement marketing, branding and advertising plans. Administrative – Assist CEO with day-to-day administrative corporate duties as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Liaise with Senior Management and Sales to develop the company marketing strategy, branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
Ensure social media accounts are updated on a regular basis with relevant content and posts.
Track and report social media trends and engagement.
Ensure the overall design of the company website enhances user experience.
Design and create graphics – maintain printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, etc.
Coordinate the scheduling of ads and promotional campaigns - maintain all promotional materials.
Provide administrative support for the CEO as assigned to include handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related functions.
Organize or assist in planning and executing company events.
Managing Homeowner Seminars.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Primary Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Must know graphic design.
Excellent writing skills a must.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments in a deadline sensitive environment.
Proficient in all Microsoft Suite applications.
