Specific Responsibilities and Key Learning Opportunities:Manages fulfillment of Promotions and Partnership programs. Collect execution examples and result data in other duties within the Partnership TeamAttend special events at the parks and assist in other duties within the Partnership/Marketing division as assignedCo-manages park event calendar, ensures its data accuracy, and makes any necessary adjustmentsManages Partnership asset inventory such as sign structure availability and the schedule of partner signs in each structureManages delivery of Partnership signs to our property and executing work orders for installation according to partner agreementMaintain the property’s digital deck that includes photos and details of each park asset (i.e. rides, restaurants, retail, etc.) as a tool for national sales repsPrepare activation recaps as needed including details such as number of attendees or items distributed along with any corresponding photosAssist the Marketing Manager with Communications for any press releases or press eventsKnowledgeable of all events going on throughout the venue at all times in order to efficiently speak on behalf of the marketing and events departmentProactively handle any arising issues, and troubleshoot any emerging problems during all eventsCo-manages street team by scheduling and communicating event activation details. Ensures any labor required for national activations is charged back to the correct accountFunction as the on-site contact to guests for all aspects of their eventsAssist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as neededOther duties as assigned
Reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager
Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred1-2 years’ experience in the entertainment, food & beverage and/or hospitality industry with banquet and/or private or special eventsAbility to communicate effectively in both written and oral formatHave proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; MSFT POWERPOINT PREFERREDStrong supervisory and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsMust be able to work a flexible schedule when needed (Nights/Weekends/Holidays).Weekends are a MUSTMust be flexible and adaptable to change
