The primary objective is to build a business and brand presence from the ground up. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating traffic to our website and social media channels by creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; creating content and managing social media channels; maintaining inventory of collateral materials and planning events. The Marketing Coordinator is intimately involved in helping our agency communicate the value we bring to the community. The Marketing Coordinator must be local and be willing to work in the office.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all marketing, social media, PR, and branding initiatives - print, digital, and social, photography and video, direct mailEnsures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistentCreates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns.Event Planning/CoordinationEstablish all marketing for team events, open houses, and new listingsPlan and organize all team events and market across all social media channelsMaintain accurate information on company websiteDevelop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified trafficGeographic farm marketing focuses on a single neighborhood as a target audience and utilizes our marketing efforts to educate, improve, provide different services and bring value to the residents of this particular neighborhoodDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionExperiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysisProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendorsOversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studiesMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsManage print contractors and other promotional vendorsQualifications
