The Global Gaming Marketing Team is responsible for driving strategy and production for all gaming campaigns for hardware and software. We are looking for an app marketing and user acquisition (UA) expert to join the Global Gaming Marketing team to help drive our gaming brand OMEN’s software and services initiatives.
Lead the marketing strategy, execution, and optimisation for HP’s gaming apps – focusing on user acquisition, working in close collaboration as a conduit between Global and Local Marketing, Business and Product, Media and Data Science teams.
Develop key performance indicators, dashboards to track & optimise UA strategies and App Store Optimization (ASO).
Manage reporting and communications related to ASO and UA performance and plan with the global & local teams and partners.
Work closely with the business & product team to drive A/B testing, ROI analysis to optimise marketing and partnership strategies.
Partner with relevant internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve performance at scale in search and other acquisition channels.
Analyze metrics over the customer acquisition journey, to inform opportunities that will drive the biggest impact to the business.
Manage optimised creative assets. Contribute to creative briefs for UA & ASO with marketing leads. Respond to findings (optimisations) and identified trends (Real Time Marketing).
Analyze organic search performance data and provide relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, content, competition and more
Design and implement agile ways of working and operating model based on real-time feedback and learning.
You will have worked in marketing, growth or user acquisition roles for digital products - software, SaaS, app or gaming companies. Min 5years experience
You will define and formalize goal setting and success measurement grounded in data
You will have proven experience with regards to data integrity management, accuracy and testing processes
You will have experience in analysing real-time data and identifying insights to optimize and develop campaigns in order to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance (ROI)
You will be able to provide senior leaders/owners actionable recommendations and strategic plan based on analytical research.
You will have experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate analytical models and identify incremental improved marketing efficiency opportunities.
Understanding of the importance of data and digital in marketing and the ability to transfer data into actionable insight. Often reporting in well-written documents and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels.
Understand industry best practices in growth, proactively bringing new ideas and best practices to the team
