The New Energies group- Mass Markets seeks a highly strategic and creative individual with experience in marketing, brand development and strategic partnership development to build brand awareness and lead the company’s marketing activities. You are responsible for leading the Marketing team, guiding day to day task, and working closely with all departments to build a seamless customer experience. You should be able to ensure that the Marketing departments’ activities contribute to our company’s near- term growth and long- term success. The ideal candidate will be analytical and have exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Develop strategic plan to launch new marketing channels, programs and campaigns, resulting in the diversification of sales channels and increased customer growthDrive growth through digital and inbound marketing channelsDrive customer retention, experience and loyaltyCoordinate effectively with the Shell marketing team and media agenciesOversee in-house marketing teamDevelop content for social media, landing pages, digital ads, and moreWork to sharpen the company’s brand position, creating and executing new creative marketing campaignsOversee all aspects of web content and development, and manage the creation of all marketing collateral, ensuring a cohesive, top-notch brand experienceMonitor trends in the market and appropriately apply that knowledge to improve and refine strategy
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand business needs and objectives.Experience managing and leading marketing teams, agencies, third party vendors and marketing operationsPossess strong attention to detail and clear appetite for learning; can show how newly gained knowledge and skill can be applied on the jobExperience with content strategy and exceptional writing skillsProven track record of significantly enhancing the digital footprint and performance of digital programsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a consumer/social media friendly tone and style (able to provide samples or a portfolio)Keen analytical skills and the ability to filter and categorize information and interpret data to develop actionable insightsKeep abreast of industry news and trendsDevelop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

Bachelor’s degree required10 years B2C marketing and/or advertising agency experience10+ years of demonstrated leadership in branding, marketing and strategic partnership developmentMust be highly creative and analytical, and have exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsMust have demonstrated experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing marketing dataMust have strong writing and editing skillsMust thrive in a results-driven environmentFamiliarity with business intelligence tools (Datorama, Tableau) as well as web analytics and tracking technologies including Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GA360, etc.Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong, data-driven problem resolution skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
