This position will be responsible for developing media recommendations and having a hands-on role in the planning and placement for both site direct and programmatic campaigns, as well as campaign management, performance, and optimization.
Note: This position can be accomplished remotely with occasional in-person meetings.
How this role adds to the Digital Media Solutions TeamCompleting RFPs, evaluating and using any necessary syndicated research to help build rationale for the recommended media strategiesDeveloping and helping deliver media recommendations to clientsMaintaining a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and the latest trends, solutions, and potential barriersEnsuring media strategies, targeting and audiences are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performanceExecuting both direct (vendor) and programmatic media buysMonitoring campaign performance and owning all programmatic optimizationsCultivating an understanding of how all digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan, including paid search and socialEnsuring high levels of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention are delivered, while working together with the sales teamMaintain and create Google Data Studio client facing dashboardsIntaking signed client contracts and implementing the media buyDeliver specs and requirements to clients prior to campaign launchManage creative to ensure the specs have been met and all necessary deliverables have been submittedDevelop monthly reporting deliverables using Data Studio and Excel and present performance highlights and recommendations to clientsPresenting media recommendations and participating in client facing activities as needed
The Ideal CandidateBachelor’s Degree or higherProfessional and advanced skills in ExcelA desire to understand technology and strategy, while excelling in data quantifying experienceStrategic thinking and proactive client service skillsProven communication skills, particularly in a client facing mannerStrong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work well in a cross functional team environment and individuallyExperience in digital media planning and buying, with direct and programmatic (a plus)Deadline drivenSelf-starter
