Digital Media Manager – Spring, TX 77373

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.

This is not a remote position and will be in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

As an innovative and out-of-box thinker, you are always looking for creative ways to engage with customers through digital content!

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in video/film industry Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience leading a team Proficiency in softwares such as Final Cut Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite Formal education in videography is not required for this position depending on the skills and experience of the individual candidate

Responsibilities:

Manages and publishes digital content across platforms Manages digital content subscription platforms Manages the editing and publishing of all podcast episodes Project manager for audio and video content Contributes toward filming and editing video content, including but not limited to: teaching videos, promo/social media videos, training videos, narrative videos, webinars, etc. Manages the Daily Grace Co. YouTube channel, including planning, filming, editing, organizing, and publishing content Creates marketing/promo videos in conjunction with the Marketing Department. Strategizes new ways to engage our audience through video and audio content Leadership, management, and accountability (LMA) to all direct reports Trains and supports staff in areas related to video and audio production Other duties assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary for this position is $60,000-70,000 based on education and experience.
