The Digital Media Buyer role: Meet with our clients to establish what they want to accomplish per campaign. You take that information and develop an executable digital plan based on an understanding of what they are trying to accomplish, in the time frame given and on budget. After reviewing with the client stakeholders and internal team members you then place the buys for media. Once campaigns are underway, you will review, analyze and make adjustments in tactics for performance. These adjustments and progress will be reported to the client. When campaigns are completed, we make recommendations for continued success on future campaigns of a similar nature that includes detailed analytics as well as analog reasoning on what to do with it. Qualified candidates will have a mastery of the digital media space and have the ability to keep up with the latest techniques. You will be expected to help team members and clients better understand and execute your strategies and tactics. The Digital Media Planner/Analyst must report campaign progress to their team and communicate changes in the Digital Marketing and SEO fields to the client to enhance their understanding and the success of their campaigns and efforts. You must be fluent in the platforms for buying, reporting and making adjustment recommendations on media buys.
This job requires soft skills in communications and reasoning in addition to digital analytics.
Remote work is available for candidates in Austin and San Antonio.

Qualifications:Digital Media Buyer must have a aastery of digital media buying tactics, platforms, and analytical reporting toolsDigital Media Buyer requirements include experience with Paid Search, Native, OTT, Display, Direct platform buyingDigital Media Buyer requires a minimum two years’ experience in digital media planning/buying/analyticsDigital Media Buyer candidate should be results-driven, organized and self-directedDigital Media Buyer will have a proven track record in developing digital buying plansDigital Media Buyer must be Google Analytics certifiedDigital Media Buyer with additional certificates/degrees/certifications in the digital sphere are expected (probably not a strong fit if all you know is GA.)Digital Media Buyer must have the ability to turn business requirements into deliverablesDigital Media Buyer requires a Bachelor’s degreeDigital Media Buyer must have knowledge of SEO tactics and reporting for integrationDigital Media Buyer must have communication and soft skills are a must.
