Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Act as the subject matter expert on the functionality and use of the digital content application Percolate Perform light-duty configuration to assist in setting up and maintaining the digital content application Percolate Analyze digital content business requirements and translate into development requirements. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business and product strategy Create epics and writing user stories and acceptance criteria Evaluate the product progress at the end of every Sprint and accept or reject completed stories Partner with and serve as a liaison between Marketing business users, IT, other internal partners and external vendors to ensure products are meeting marketing strategies and objectives Drive identification of industry or customer segment marketing best practices.

Education and Experience Required:

BA or BS in Marketing or related field Computer Science or programming language background 3+ years marketing content experience. Industry, sales and/or channel experience a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

Familiarity with and/or experience in end customer, sales, partner marketing. Ability to manage requirements on systems integration between digital content application and other tools that are used to distribute content to end customer Familiarity with marketing channels like social and display media, email and website owned channels Excellent English written/oral communications and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage virtual teams. Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines. Strong ability to influence and drive consensus.
