Job Overview:

The Digital Ads Specialist is responsible for executing and reporting the marketing strategies of our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Digital marketing campaign/ad set/ad creationDigital marketing campaign/ad set/ad reading & reportingCreating and maintaining the conversion tracking for all ad campaigns (goals, events, GTM, etc)Hitting the Target Metrics for clientCreating the creative for the Ads as needed

Qualifications:

Has an “others first” mindsetBachelor degree in marketing or mass communication or a similar field is required unless industry experience is equivocalKnowledge of Storybrand framework or willingness to learn frameworkIs amazing with written wordsProficient (or able to learn quickly) in Google Ads (Youtube, Display, Search, Local)Proficient (or able to learn quickly) in Facebook Ads (Facebook, Instagram, IGTV)Experience in Pinterest AdsExperience in LinkedIn AdsProficient in communication with the managerProficient level of written communicationProficient in modern marketing strategiesIs able to self-manage daily scheduleWorking knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, WordPress frontend and backend, Adobe Suite for graphic designWilling to join a team and work together to serve the clientWants to grow professionally

Compensation:

Salaried (Starting salary will range between $40k and $55k based on experience)Paid time off and vacation days are includedThis position is eligible for Dental & Vision, and 401k benefits
