Customer Lifecycle Product Manager – Spring, TX 77389

Within Personal Systems, this new team is leading an exciting, agile initiative spanning new hardware, software and experiences. This role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of modern endpoint management capabilities necessary to deliver exceptional lifecycle experiences to individual customers (not Enterprise/Commercial customers). This role will represent the vision and ensure the business and experience requirements are clear, understood and prioritized in order to deliver within the scheduled milestones and releases.

Responsibilities:
Global:

Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the industry, affects the strategy/direction of the product line/line of services or solutions.

Utilizes product management, technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities necessary to provide integrated products/solutions/experiences.

Translate experience requirements to user stories and technical requirements in collaboration with development and engineering teams; move requirements through development using agile methodology.

Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy.

Suggests strategy changes internally and with external partners.

Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.

Seen as an expert in the products/solutions/experiences and regularly is called on to defend the benefits in front of customers or partners.

Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing engineering organization.

Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.

Education and Experience Required:

Typically 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of product management, product marketing, product development

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.


Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of Endpoint Management tools including InTune, AutoPilot, VMware Workspace One and other Modern Endpoint Management Solutions.

Agile methodology.

Ability to develop and manage complex partnerships, both internally and externally.

Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- functional programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.

Ability to navigate ambiguity.

Strong leadership capabilities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

Highly developed project/program management and change management skills.

Strong independent judgment and highly developed problem-solving abilities.

Excellent presentation skills. Highly developed negotiation/ influencing skills.

Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels.
