CS Services Supply Chain (SSC) is seeking a communications leader to drive executive communication strategy, content creation, and execution. Ideal candidate will have deep experience in communications/feedback tools, employee engagement and management of change.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.


Independently develop and implement comprehensive CS SSC communications strategies/roadmap, messaging frameworks and timelines spanning multiple quarters. Schedule meetings/(6-9 months ahead), design agendas, coordinating content preparation and facilitate discussion, document meeting decisions and follow up on action items. Manage schedule and drive creation of best-in-class executive communications/presentations content for CS SSC VP and staff; inclusive of, but not limited to, All Employee Meetings, Leader Calls, Diversity and Inclusion Forum's, Newsletters, and strategic management of change. Develop, drive and evaluate key communications and feedback strategies and programs to drive desired results in employee engagement and management of change. Target audience feedback to enhance communication effectiveness including review/ analysis of event/engagement survey responses, and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement and improve Engagement overall Plan and organize regular events which encourage two-way dialogue between the CS SC leadership and SC Operations Employees, as well as colleagues in different teams to encourage knowledge sharing Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences (i.e. senior leaders, HR, first-level managers, all employees) crafting messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes. Develop executive speeches, including speech writing and speaker prep, customer presentations and internal communications for executives. This will involve key messaging definition, storyboarding, communicating needs/gathering information and organizing in a compelling way. Serve as communications consultant and strategist for assigned business, mentoring and supporting leaders and strategic program managers to drive effective and influential communication creation across the organization. Maintain employee rewards calendar and history for SSC, ensuring significant contributions are recognized Proactively seek opportunity and submit SSC projects and accomplishments for internal and external industry awards Enhance and maintain CS SSC HP Sharepoint/Website as well as direct staff SharePoint and collaboration tools. Organize and manage communications repository to enable quick and logical access to team. Manage and develop agencies or contractors.

Education and Experience Required:

BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration. 7+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing. Supply Chain or Operations experience desired.

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced writing and editing skills for different vehicles. Very minimal peer or manager edits needed. Exceptional communication skills; possesses high proficiency in using presentation tools and develops clear, succinct and compelling content for executive-level presentations and communications. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and program management skills. Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results. Advanced knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools and vehicles; inclusive of video, video editing and survey tools. Storytelling and ability to communicate efficiently - able to translate complex strategies, initiatives, or messages into easy-to-understand cutting-edge presentations Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal. Fluency in local language and English. High levels of tact and diplomacy. Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels. Strategic thinker and thought leader with a mindset of innovation and intellectual curiosity, combines various perspectives and approaches in creative ways. Ability to work across cultures and time zones to effectively execute. Agency and budget management.
