Epsilyte is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our corporate headquarters team in The Woodlands, TX. If you are a dynamic, organized self-starter with experience in communications, content development, and digital media, we need to hear from you!
Position Overview:
The Communications Specialist role combines innovation and sustainability data analyst and communications into one accountable function supporting efficient and broad communication of Epsilyte’s story. While broadly involved in all communications activities, the primary focus is to transparently communicate Epsilyte efforts in innovation and sustainably through Epsilyte owned communications channels. The role will use communications KPI’s and a continuous improvement mindset to favorably change the ongoing sustainability narrative for both Epsilyte and our industry. This role reports to the Chief Sustainability Office and works in cooperation with other stakeholders.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Brand Management and Communications
Maintain Epsilyte brand standard Create communication programs that effectively describe and promote Epsilyte’s brand Internal cultural initiatives Support strategic initiatives to grow the Epsilyte brand and improve communicationsContent Development for owned, paid, and earned media
Develop engaging graphics and videos, using outside agencies as necessary Draft press releases and manage follow up communications Design and coordinate company communications, including the Epsilyte newsletter Manage Epsilyte external e-mail list Support publication of annual Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reportData and Analytics
Maintain data that supports and communicates carbon neutrality, and carbon favorability of Epsilyte products Research, collect, and analyze market intelligence Analyze data to validate and communicate Epsilyte innovation and sustainability efforts ESG report data trackingDrive Digital Strategy
Organize a monthly content calendar Update company website content Develop and maintain online content that attracts attention, generates interest, and is easily shared with social/web/mobile platforms Monitor, post to, and analyze social media channels to build a community of followers Report on KPI’s for Epsilyte owned digital channels Increase favorable interactions on Epsilyte owned channels . Requirements:Qualifications:
High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred Two (2) or more years of proven industry experience in a related role Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, digital media, and related software Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skillsWho is Epsilyte?
