This role is part of the Channel Program Management (CPM) organization, which in turn is part of the Global RTM COE. The CPM organization has been tasked to create a world class partner ecosystem, enabling & accelerating HP’s growth. As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the Market development Funds (MDF) Transformation, and will play a key role in delivering on our overall transformational vision: ‘A compliant channel ecosystem that drives integrated customer experiences & HP business outcomes, with the right program capabilities, collaboration & benefits’ in accelerating Digital Transformation & predictable business outcomes for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Driver: He / She needs the capacity to drive change and have a strong ability to collaborate across multiple levels and functions of the organization (Legal, Finance, Compliance, Markets, Centers of Excellence, Channel Management, Alliances, Sales Operation, Marketing) towards implementing a single global tool, policy, process & documentation for global MDF program.

Thought Leadership: Design and support the markets with partner Digital GTM elements such as: e audit, ROI, joint business plans, online business tracking, working closely with the retail SME & PxP teams.

The person must work closely with market stakeholders, set up cadence with markets & subsequent handshake with Partner operations to deliver content to the market (Global guidance/Rate cards adherence/partners/PSA comm’s).

Be the primary point of contact for North America/Latin America MDF implementation, working closely with the relevant markets on certain centrally managed tasks.

Required Experience

Min 10 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in independent Partner management, MDF management, project management.


Strong Team player capable of working across cultures, timezones, functional areas.

Experience in e-commerce and/or digital environment including 3rd party campaigns based on SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.

Strong analytical skills: ability to derive insights and drive actions from large data sets.

Open minded, approachable, taking over ownership and showing forward thinking

People Skills: Due to the high level of interactions that is demanded by this position, candidates must have excellent people skills enabling the creation of long-lasting working relationships with key stakeholders as well as facilitation of smooth collaboration and performance internally.
