Currently, we are seeking to hire a Brand Ambassador, you are responsible to deliver sales results for Lovesac, both in the Showroom and through Web Platforms. In addition to selling inside our showroom you will share that passion for the brand and product through utilization of social media outlets, hosting live demonstrations, engaging in live chats and posting content in an effort to grow brand awareness, sales revenue and generate quotes. You are responsible to set the pace with the sales team, supporting training and role modeling the proper selling techniques to grow the teams selling skills.
Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Represent Lovesac on social media platforms, showcasing features and benefits and the uniqueness of our product platform Model behavior to inspire high level service, sets the pace for the team to emulate Train and take shifts in CLOVE to support web business Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist with the consistent store operations to meet or exceed sales goals. Resolve issues to the customer satisfaction working in collaborative partnership with District Manager and follows up with the customer on order tracking and updates. Ensure and maintains inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times. Support the recruiting and hiring of talent, developing bench and networking for back fill. Communicates issues regarding team and business to supervisor timely, sharing pertinent details, as necessary. Ensure store merchandising standards are maintained (IE merchandising visuals, marketing, cleanliness, appropriate inventory levels backroom organization, cleanliness, safety, etc) in accordance with company operating policies and procedures. Process POS transactions and RMA’s in accordance with company policies and provides accurate information to clients. Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards. Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company. Perform any other duties as requested by management.
