Specific Responsibilities and Key Learning Opportunities:
Manages fulfillment of Promotions and Partnership programs. Collect execution examples and result data in other duties within the Partnership Team Attend special events at the parks and assist in other duties within the Partnership/Marketing division as assigned Co-manages park event calendar, ensures its data accuracy, and makes any necessary adjustments Manages Partnership asset inventory such as sign structure availability and the schedule of partner signs in each structure Manages delivery of Partnership signs to our property and executing work orders for installation according to partner agreement Maintain the property’s digital deck that includes photos and details of each park asset (i.e. rides, restaurants, retail, etc.) as a tool for national sales reps Prepare activation recaps as needed including details such as number of attendees or items distributed along with any corresponding photos Assist the Marketing Manager with Communications for any press releases or press events Knowledgeable of all events going on throughout the venue at all times in order to efficiently speak on behalf of the marketing and events department Proactively handle any arising issues, and troubleshoot any emerging problems during all events Co-manages street team by scheduling and communicating event activation details. Ensures any labor required for national activations is charged back to the correct account Function as the on-site contact to guests for all aspects of their events Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed Other duties as assigned
